“1 MOOLAYSIA” mengenengahkan isu-isu politik Malaysia seperti PM dan isterinya yang suka shopping, konspirasi terhadap Anwar Ibrahim, Altantuya, Scorpene, penyelewengan National Feedlot Corporation (NFL), rasisma, rasuah, penyalahgunaan dana awam, isu hak asasi, demonstrasi Bersih, kehakiman, polis dan isu-isu politik Malaysia secara umum.

Turut disiar adalah kartun mengenai Wanita Pertama yang membeli-belah sakan di Perth, isu skandal lembu, isu hakim dibaling kasut, isu 901 dan isu “air mata buaya” PM. Kata pengantarnya ditulis oleh Clare Rewcastle Brown, pengasas Sarawak Report dan Radio Free Sarawak.
