THE CASE OF STEALING AND FORGING MY CARTOONS BY UMNO & PAS SUPPORTERS

Today, I have filed a police report at Ibu Pejabat Daerah Polis Brickfield regarding the stealing and the forging of my cartoons. Report number PANTAI/008319/21
These activities were carried out by Umno and Pas supporters in their WhatsApp group.
I am the sole holder of all rights of my cartoons.
In the report, I named the individual with the mobile number +60 1137117917 with the digital name Fairosmohamme
as well as five admins of the WhatsApp group, “UmnoPas Jom Ranapkan PH” as a party that’s responsible for stealing and forging my cartoons.
I have given details of their mobile numbers to the police.
Hence, I want the police to investigate and take action against those individuals.
Enclosed here are my original cartoons as well as the forged cartoons and the screenshot of the WhatsApp group. (Media are free to publish this).
I also would like to thank those who came forward to provide that information to me.
Besides that, I have also discussed with my lawyer of the possibility of filing a civil suit against them for copyright infringement under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987.

Hari ini saya telah membuat satu laporan polis di Ibu Pejabat Daerah Polis Brickfield, dengan nombor report PANTAI/008319/21
Laporan itu berhubung dengan kecurian dan pemalsuan karya-karya kartun saya oleh penyokong-penyokong Umno dan Pas.
Saya adalah pemegang hak cipta tunggal kepada kartun-kartun saya.
Dalam laporan tersebut saya menamakan individu yang mempunyai nombor telefon +60 1137117917 dengan nama yang tertera ialah Fairosmohamme dan lima lagi admin dalam admin sebuah Whatsapp group sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab mencuri dan memalsukan karya-karya saya.
Mereka juga telah menguplaodkan kartun-kartun yang dicuri dan dipalsukan itu di whatsapp group bernama “UmnoPas Jom Ranapkan PH.”
Nombor telefon bimbit individu tersebut serta lima orang adminnya, telah saya serah secara lengkap kepada pihak polis.
Ekoran itu, saya mahu pihak polis menyiasat dan mengambil tindakan terhadap individu-individu berkenaan.
Di sini dilampirkan kartun-kartun asli saya, berserta dengan kartun-kartun yang telah diciplak serta screen shot butir-butir whatsapp group tersebut. (Media diberi kebenaran untuk menyiarkan foto-foto ini).
Saya juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak yang tampil memberi maklumat ini kepada saya.
Selain itu, saya sedang berbincang dengan peguam dan menimbangkan akan mengambil tindakan mahkamah terhadap individu-individu tersebut kerana telah melanggar hak cipta di bawah Copyright Act 1987 (Akta Hak Cipta).

Dumno and taliban PAS has been in the forefront in destroying this country and unfortunately most muslim malays give tacit support to these traitors. Only time will tell how deep down the drain malaysia will end up. Its indeed a pity true malaysians like you are at the short shrift of the stick. Ill be dead and gone in a few years. I wont be here to see the total talibanisation of the country.
